We make research-based, democratically-devised documentary theatre that engages audiences in a meaningful way.
We’re focused on artist development, giving working arts professionals the space to develop new idea and skills, and supporting members of the public to find a personal, artistic voice. We especially welcome involvement from artists who are LGBTQ+ or have other non-mainstream identities.
We are committed to artistic excellence in both our community and professional work. In fact, we change the distinction: we believe all aspects of our work are part of a integrated whole, and that the work created with professionals and the work created with community participants have a symbiotic relationship.
We are committed to running the company as ethically and sustainable as possible, paying people properly and treating everyone with respect.
